While searching for an image online in order to make a lame visual joke for a renowned Ontario singer-songwriter whose annual rankings of said lakes are always great comedy, I found the monochrome blue image of our beloved HOMES, and I found it irresistibly compelling. I'd seen them on maps a million times, frolicked on their shores, swum in each one (except Michigan, so far). But that gorgeous blue image looked like a logo to me, one of the coolest I'd ever seen. So I purchased a license to reproduce it on merchandise, and here we are, diving in head first.
